When I didn't hear back from my usual irrigation service company, I reached out to Ryan at Augusta Green and he had a... crew at my house in two days. They assessed that the system had not been shut down properly in the fall which resulted in two cracked heads plus a seized valve. Repairs were made and Dave stayed until I all zones were run and everything was back in working order.Suffice it to say, Augusta Green Sprinklers now has a new customer! Ryan was extremely helpful when I contacted him this spring. I had accidently turned on my water in the middle of... winter. In the spring he came out within 1 week of me calling and advised me that only a small fix was needed. I was sure he was going to say I needed to replace the entire system. We did a major landscaping project last summer (2017) and our landscaper recommended Ryan and Augusta Green Sprinklers.... They did fabulous work and it was great to finally have an automatic sprinkler system. We contracted with them again for our maintenance agreement in 2018. Ryan and his employees were terrific, including performing any minor repairs or adjustments that were needed. They are prompt, courteous and very helpful.
